Lucketts welcomes second VIP coach

Recently acquired by National Express, Lucketts Travel has welcomed its latest VIP vehicle, a £380,000 Irizar i8, the second of its kind to join its fleet, with 36 reclining leather seats a modern interior, including onboard kitchen.

“The launch of our first VIP coach in 2017 was met with huge success, and with such high demand we have no doubt our new addition will be just as popular,” says Tony Lawman, managing director, Lucketts Travel. “We have already been flooded with people getting in touch to find out more and there has been a real variety of enquiries – from sports teams to local businesses looking to impress clients.”

The state-of-the-art coach boasts a fully-fitted Neff kitchen, which includes two ovens as well as coffee machine, microwave and instant hot water tap. There are also five flat-screen HD TVs, wi-fi, Chromecast, DAB radio and wireless charging points.

Lawman adds: “Between the blacked-out windows, luxury leather seats and padded physio beds (which will no doubt interest sports teams) it will be like travelling in celebrity style.”

The new Lucketts VIP coach brings the number of vehicles in its fleet to 164 and forms part of a £1.3million investment in vehicles this year.
