Kiddles Coaches operates all-Volvo fleet
Cambridgeshire-based Kiddles Coaches has taken delivery of a new Volvo B8R Sunsundegui SB3 coach to add to its all-Volvo fleet. The operator’s fleet now comprises five Volvo Euro VI coaches, all of which have been purchased in the last three years, to ensure full compliance with the London Ultra Low Emission Zone requirements.
Kiddles’ latest Volvo B8R features 72 passenger seats and is being used for school private hire.
Last year Kiddles Coaches purchased a Volvo B8R SB3 and a B8R Plaxton Leopard. In 2018 it took two B11R Sunsundegui SC7 coaches.
Managing director David Collier says: “The schools love the Volvo B8R because they can get a large number of pupils all on one deck, which makes it easier for the staff. Added to that is the reliability, ULEZ credentials and Sunsundegui body styling.
“Our Kiddles Coaches fleet is now all built on the Volvo chassis and I like it that way.”
Kiddles Coaches is part of the Sunfun Luxury Travel operation, which includes Cambridge Coaches and Kiddles Coaches Ltd brands.
